How to increase your chances to win?

    • All registered participants who have paid their registration fee, before February 29, 2024, at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), will automatically receive thirty (30) additional raffle tickets to win the Bottecchia bike.
    • All registered participants who have paid their registration fee, after March 1, 2024, and before March 31, 2024, at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), will automatically receive twenty (20) additional raffle tickets to win the Bottecchia bike.
    • All registered participants who have paid their registration fee, after April 1, 2024, and before April 30, 2024, at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET), will automatically receive ten (10) additional raffle tickets to win the Bottecchia bike.

*It is possible that the equipment of the bike offered is not identical to that shown in the photo.

All registered participants at the Tour of Courage PROCURE are eligible under the following conditions:

For example, a registered cyclist having accumulated the sum of $1,250 on June 16, 2024, at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) will receive:
    • 1 ticket for having accumulated $750;
    • 1 ticket for every $250 over $750, thus 2 tickets for the additional $500.
    • Therefore, this participant will have accumulated a total of 3 tickets for the bike drawing.

PROCURE and their sponsors do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.

Draw

The draw will take place on June 16 during the prize ceremony. The winner will be drafted at random amongst all eligible tickets accumulated before June 16, 2024, at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (EST).

The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within five(5) days of the draw. The name of the winner will be displayed on the Tour of Courage PROCURE website.

Eligibility

This Contest is organized by PROCURE - Tour of Courage PROCURE in collaboration with Bottecchia, and is open to all Canadian and U.S. residents, who are over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of entering the Contest and that are registered at the 15th edition of the Tour of Courage PROCURE.

Employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Organizers, their members, Bottecchia, of any company, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or affiliated to them, their advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, material, and services related to this Contest, as well as members of their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or common-law spouse and any individuals with whom such employees, agents, and representatives are domiciled, are not eligible.

The following information is required to validate your registration: full name, full mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number.

By entering this Contest the entrants and participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these Rules.

For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this Contest may be submitted to the "Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Quebec" for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Regie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. 

The contest is subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his or her personal information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age, and home address) by PROCURE for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Contest. PROCURE will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering this Contest.

All entries become the property of PROCURE who assumes no responsibility for garbled, lost, late, delayed, destroyed or misdirected mail, voice messages, e-mail or any computer errors or malfunctions. No correspondence will be entered into except with entrants requesting Rules by mail or requesting names of prize winners (for which a self-addressed, postage paid envelope must be included). PROCURE does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.

Before being awarded the Prize, the potential winner may be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by PROCURE, a full release and indemnity form stating that he/she has read and understood these official rules and regulations (“Rules”), grants all consents required, authorizes PROCURE to broadcast, publish and disseminate his/her name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, sobriquet, and voice, in connection with any promotion or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and information purposes at no additional compensation to the potential winner, beyond the awarding of or participation in the Prize, accepts the Prize as offered and releases PROCURE from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winner’s participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the Prize. 

In the event that the potential winner does not comply with all the provisions as contemplated in these Rules, PROCURE shall have the right to disqualify potential winner, and draw an alternate potential winner and the PROCURE shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Contest Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including but not limited to the Contest entry form, or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of the Contest Rules shall prevail, govern and control. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English language version and the French language version of the Contest Rules, as applicable, the French version shall prevail, govern and control.
