The year 2025 is a milestone year for me and I’ve committed to raise funds for PROCURE, a Quebec organization fighting prostate cancer since 2003. Its 30-day Tour of Courage challenge takes place from May 8 to June 8, 2025. I’ve started training for my 700 at 70 commitment, logging 700 kilometres cycling, spinning, and walking during those 30 days.
